Vietnam Healing Foundation was formed on October 17, 2005, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Board of Directors consists of at least five members who serve terms of two years. A general membership meeting will be held every year in October to review and approve new projects. Membership is open to all who agree with and support the mission of VHF.
